You can change your password on your own by clicking the following link:

1. Fill in your Mikmak name and current password and choose a new password.
    Your new password will be sent to your email for confirmation.
2. After you click on the link in the confirmation email, your new password will be updated in your account.

 
I can't see the items I bought. Where can I find them?
The first step is login again with the same user.
You can also delete your cache with the instructions below.
 
I have been asked to clear my cache

For Internet explorer 7.0

Click “Tools” on the menu bar. Underneath “Tools” Click on “Internet Options.”
Look for a section marked “Browser History.” Click on the “Delete…” button.
A window will pop up with the heading “Temporary Internet Files”. Click “Delete Files.”
Then click “Yes.” Click “Close” at the bottom of window. Then click “Okay.”
To make sure your cache is clear, close your web browser and open it up again.

For Firefox
Look at the top of the screen. Click on “Tools” A list of choices will appear.
Click on “Options.” Click on “Privacy.” Make sure the box next to “Cache” is checked.
Click “Clear.” To make sure your cache is clear, close your web browser and open it up again.

For chrome
Click the Tools menu. (the wrench in the upper-right corner) Select Options,
Click the Under the Hood tab, Click Clear browsing data…
To make sure your cache is clear, close your web browser and open it up again.
 
The website and games are running to slow
There are several reasons why your Mikmak might appear slower than usual.
Here are some ways you can speed things up!

1. Make sure no other programs are running before you enter the world of Mikmak.
Downloading music or videos and streaming on other sites will slow down your Mikmak experience.

2. The server you are using might be in full capacity. At certain times, the server you choose may be too busy.
When this happens, go back to the login page and select a server that is less active from the list..
Refresh or reload the web page by clicking on a button in your toolbar on top of the screen.
 
The screen takes too much time to load
If Mikmak World appears to load too slowly, click the refresh button on top of the tool bar to reload the page.

How to install Flash?

If you are unable to enter the Mikmak World you may have to install or upgrade the Flash version that you have.


Windows:

1. Installation of Adobe Flash Player may require administrative access to your PC.
    it is recommended that you close all other open browser windows before continuing with the installation.

2. Click the download link to automatically download and install Adobe Flash Player for:
Microsoft Internet Explorer / Chrome / FireFox ant others.

3.

4. Depending on your security settings, you may see a Security Warning dialog box. Click "Install" to install the ActiveX control.



5. Click the download link. A dialog box will appear asking you where to save the Installer.

6. Save the Installer to your desktop, and wait for it to download completely.

7. An Installer icon will appear on your desktop. Double-click on it.


8. You may be prompted to close open browser windows to continue with the installation.
